		<description>I agree, the union was the downfall of these companies. The unions were brought in back in the 40s or 50s to combat horrible work environments, and they worked. But fast forward 60 years and the concept no longer applies. Companies don&#039;t work you down to the bone like they used to. There are business ethics that all companies should adhere to if they want to be successful and keep employees happy and working for them.</description>

		<description>actually a corporate bailout for the big 3 would be bad. those unions are ruining crap. if they bailout unuons stay. if they chapter 11, unions can kick rocks and they can restructure. gone are the days of the union. unions stood up for the people but if there are no jobs.. then it only hurts.</description>
